Kangkung Is Not Enough

Kangkung Is Not Enough

When food prices rise and you find the cost of living is rather rough,
the average Malaysian knows that Kangkung is not enough,
this water spinach may satisfy sailorman Popeye's appetite
but for sound Malaysian health it's just not right.
But Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak does not care
Malaysian citizens can kiss his ass so bare
And if BBC News dares to mention his major gaffe
then kill Net freedom like a Danish giraffe.
Now Najib does not know what one should call God
whether ""Allah" or routine electoral fraud
that has kept this ass in power
through each passing hour
he does not need the citizens' votes
better they shove Kangkung down their throats.

Now Marie Antoinette said let them eat cake
but even that's too good for subjects of this rake
give them a taste of this morning glory
and Najib's subjects will be sorry
how dare they hunger and cry out for bread
what do they expect in a land that he led?

Now Joseph Goebbels looked on with admiration at Najib's censorship and suspension of speech that was free
as he took a break from Hell-fire to step outside and take a celestial pee
oh if only he had known when der Fuhrer was in power and there was a rise in the price of sauerkraut
which led to beer hall rumblings and complaints from many a sour kraut
But then there was no Net in his day
sigh! Now people will think his Reich was so gay.

Now there was a big gorilla
who posed for photos in Manila
and when he arrived on Malaysia's fair shores
and tried shopping for food in its stores
The prices he discovered were outrageously high
And this led the poor big ape to break down and cry
Eat Kangkung was the government's refrain
that had turned into many an ass a constant pain
so King Kong ate Kangkung
and died reciting Carl Jung.

Now on whatever Malaysian street you walk
where politicians only talk the talk
there will nowhere be seen Mr. Najib
As the dyslexic put it, he's wearing hajib.
